**Job Description: Civil Engineering DraftsmanJob Overview**:
A **Civil Engineering Draftsman** is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for civil engineering projects, including buildings, roads, bridges, and other infrastructure. They work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop accurate blueprints and ensure that designs comply with industry standards and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **detailed CAD drawings** for civil engineering projects, including structural, architectural, and site layouts.
- Interpret **engineering sketches, specifications, and calculations** to produce accurate technical drawings.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with **building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards**.
- Work closely with **engineers, architects, and site supervisors** to modify and update drawings based on feedback.
- Assist in **quantity estimation and material take-offs** from drawings.
- Maintain an organized library of project drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure **timely submission** of drawings and revisions.
- Utilize **3D modeling software (if required)** to develop digital models for visualization.
- Conduct **site visits** when necessary to gather data and update drawings accordingly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Diploma or degree** in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D**, or similar drafting software.
- Strong understanding of **civil engineering principles, materials, and construction methods**.
- Ability to **read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications**.
- Knowledge of **BIM (Building Information Modeling)** is an advantage.
- Good mathematical skills for accurate drafting and measurements.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in civil drafting or a related role.
- Experience in infrastructure projects like **roads, bridges, drainage systems, or residential/commercial buildings**.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based role with occasional site visits.
- Interaction with engineers, architects, and project managers.
- May require overtime during project deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
