To ensure proper monitoring of entry-exit of all vehicles, oversee raw material supply to various factory departments and monitor gardening work.

- KRA1
- To ensure proper monitoring of the entry-exit of all vehicles in factory premises and arrange for vehicles for pick-up and drop purposes
- Ensure maintenance of details such as vehicle registration number, entry-exit timing and driver details
- Maintaining report related to daily gate passes
- Arrange vehicles for pick-up and drop of factory guests and if needed, senior management employees
- Instruct drivers about their duties
- Ensure proper petrol-diesel maintenance in vehicles and prepare report of monthly fuel consumption
- Establishing plans for cost saving related to fuel consumption
- Training new security guards
- Assist in fire-fighting and first aid rehearsals

- To ensure proper and timely gardening work
- Ensuring proper task delegation to gardening workers
- Planning gardening projects and communicating to workers
- KRA3
- Monitoring raw material supply to the canteen and coordinating in ensuring timely service of canteen, in addition to checking food quality
- Checking raw material quality procured for canteen on everyday basis and randomly checking food quality
- Arranging for pest control of canteen premises
- Managing proper disposal of waste generated in canteen and kitchen area
- Initiate food raw material exchange process, if needed
