The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's data and information systems to support decision-making, reporting, and overall operational efficiency. This role involves data analysis, report generation, system maintenance, and collaboration with various departments to ensure data accuracy and relevance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Data Management**:

- Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Manage databases and oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

2. **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for management and departmental use.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.

3. **Reporting**:

- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports based on departmental and management requirements.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure organizational performance.
- Automate report generation processes when possible.

4. **System Maintenance**:

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to end-users.
- Coordinate with IT for system upgrades and enhancements.

5. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure that MIS systems align with organizational goals and objectives.

6. **Security and Compliance**:

- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive information.

7. **Documentation**:

- Document procedures, processes, and data definitions for reference and training purposes.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of data assets and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software.
- Knowledge of database management systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
