Customer Care Executive (CCE) Job Description:
2. Achieve the monthly target of KYC (New Customer Acquisition)

3. Ability to understand needs & interests of the customers and cater to the same into business.

4. To guide & provide the customers with all the required information about Gold Purchase, Gold sales & Monthly Investment scheme (MGIP)

5. Should be able to solve the queries of the customers as well as handling the customers in a cooperative & efficient way.

6. Provide after sales service to existing customers and obtain references from them to increase customer base

7. Should be able to acquire new customers through reference, Tele Calling, New Data arranging, Marketing Executives Data calling etc.

8. Verify customers KYC Documents & complete online registration.

9. Should be able to handle walk-in customers and registering all the walking customers’ details in register as well as Software.

10. Updating appointment calendars and schedule appointments/ meetings.

11. Sorting daily deliveries/ mail/ couriers on the basis of priorities.

12. Assisting the Head Office HR team, Admin team, Accounts team in different aspects.

13. Maintaining administration and operation records.

14. Call customer as per CRM lead

15. Generate leads by cold and reference calling.

16. Ensure proper customer relation for Gold selling and Buying customers as well calling for installment amount for MGIP & reference.

17. Handle front desk activity & maintain data on CRM.

18. Adhere standard operations procedure of organization

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Gold lone: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
