The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 6 - 12 months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.

**As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in**:

- ** Program Levels**:

- ** Level 1 - Basic Fundamental Engineering Training**: On-the-job training (OJT) in drafting, modeling, and automated Bill of Materials (BOMs) in Rulestream including Testing.
- ** Level 2 - Control Valves/Actuation Systems Basics**: OJT to handle order-related BOMs and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) handling.
- ** Level 3 - Product Definition Training**: OJT along with product owners, managing projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Delivering engineering drawings, models, and MBOMs on time and error-free using modeling software and PLMs.
- Developing automated BOM and control valve configurations in Rulestream and testing.
- Learning the principles in the design of valves and actuation systems and the components required to build them.
- Supporting the instrumentation and testing team on validation prototypes and new product introductions (NPIs).
- Ensuring all data protection activities of personal and special category data are done in line with the company’s Data Protection Policy.
- Observing and following relevant systems, rules, and methods of working to ensure health, safety, and environmental care.

**T**o be successful in this traineeship you will**:

- Have recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university mechanical, electronics, instrumentation engineering, computer science or equivalent, Graduated from your bachelors’ degree within the last 24 months.
- Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills
- Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.
