Role & responsibilities Direct Residential & Commercial Sales Key Responsibilities1. Sales and Marketing
- Lead Management: Identify viable leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable property solutions.
- Property Presentations: Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the client and the company.
- Sales Closure: Close sales deals effectively, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
2. Market Research and Analysis
- Market Trends: Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape to provide accurate information to clients.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and post-sale support.
- Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Education: a bachelor's degree in any field, real estate and Hospitality industries will be given first preference
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
