Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and evaluation tools in alignment with the curriculum.
Guide students on academic matters and career development.
Conduct internal assessments, viva, and participate in result preparation.
Maintain student discipline and uphold institutional values.
Assist in organizing departmental events, seminars, workshops, and extra-curricular activities.
Participate in faculty meetings, administrative duties, and institutional development tasks.
Take part in student admission counseling and promotion activities when required.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Minimum MBA or Master’s Degree in Management or relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Experience: 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred. Freshers with excellent academic records may also apply.
**Skills**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in classroom management and student engagement.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Preferred Qualities
Should be confident, punctual, presentable, and professionally groomed.
Should be willing to contribute actively to academic as well as administrative responsibilities.
Willingness to work beyond normal hours when required during events or peak academic activities.
