**Job Summary**:
As a Digital Marketer, you will develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, attract new clients, and promote our services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and optimize our digital campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging content for our website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our digital marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a recruitment or placement context.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
