**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop and design engaging visual content for digital and print media, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, banners, logos, websites, and social media posts.
- **Branding & Identity**: Assist in creating and maintaining the company’s visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- **Collaborative Work**: Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop creative solutions and design assets that align with campaign goals and objectives.
- **Conceptualization**: Create innovative design concepts from scratch based on project briefs and requirements, presenting ideas and drafts to stakeholders for feedback.
- **Editing and Revisions**: Handle design revisions, feedback, and updates to ensure final designs meet quality standards and align with client or team expectations.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies, implementing the latest design techniques to keep designs fresh and relevant.
- **File Management**: Prepare and deliver final design files in appropriate formats for both print and digital use while maintaining organized design files for future reference.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all designs are of the highest quality, meeting brand standards and specifications for printing and digital use.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role, ideally with a portfolio of past work demonstrating creativity and versatility.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
- Ability to create designs for both digital and print formats.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving, and ability to take constructive feedback.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, including both print and digital design projects.

**Additional Information**:

- **Work Environment**: Office-based or remote (depending on company policies).
- **Work Schedule**: Full-time, [Insert working hours].
- **Salary**: Competitive salary based on experience and skill level.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
