**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bookkeeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
- **Invoice Management**: Process vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and manage payments to ensure timely disbursements.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Regularly reconcile bank statements with internal accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- **Payroll Processing**: Assist in payroll processing, including calculating salaries, deductions, and preparing salary statements.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- **Tax Compliance**: Assist in tax calculations, filing of GST, VAT, TDS, and other statutory returns in compliance with local regulations.
- **Account Payables & Receivables**: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding amounts.
- **Budgeting**: Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasting financial requirements, and highlighting any variances.
- **Audit Support**: Collaborate with external auditors, provide necessary documentation, and facilitate smooth audit processes.
- **Data Entry**: Ensure timely and accurate entry of all financial data into accounting software and maintain organized documentation.
- **Expense Management**: Review and verify employee expenses, process reimbursements, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- **Financial Analysis**: Analyze financial data to provide insights into business performance, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [insert years, e.g., 2-3] years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
