**Location**: Mansarovar, Jaipur (Work from Office)
**Shift Timings**: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM | 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
**Salary**: ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 in-hand + Performance Bonuses (Up to ₹35,000)
**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday (5-day workweek)
**Transport**: Complimentary one-way cab facility

**Role Overview**

We are hiring **Process Associates (International Customer Service Representatives)** to connect with clients in the **UK & AU** via outbound calls. We provide **specialized UK accent training** to enhance communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contact potential clients in **UK & AU** to introduce services and explore business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify leads, updating records in the **CRM system**.
- Build and maintain client relationships, moving leads through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with **sales & marketing** teams on lead generation strategies.
- Stay updated on **industry trends** for better client engagement.

**Requirements**:

- **Strong English communication skills** (UK accent training provided).
- **Freshers welcome**; experience in a similar role is a plus.
- **Graduates or students** pursuing their degrees can apply.
- **Typing Speed**: Minimum **30 WPM** preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
