Do you want to join for an international voice process with **lucrative salary, joining bonus, travel tickets and 15 days accommodation?**

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Age Range:18 - 35 years.
- Language Proficiency**:Fluent in spoken English** (**Versant B2 level**).
- Technical Skills: Basic technical knowledge required, including troubleshooting common technical issues.
- Prior experience in_technical support,_ **customer service**, or a related role in international processes is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for international customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle technical queries and guide customers through _problem-solving_ processes with patience and professionalism.
- Support all shifts, with a primary focus on the _EMEA_ region.

Salary Slab:

- **37.5K** Gross per month inclusive of 1500 PLI
- One-time **joining bonus of ₹15,000**, payable after 3 months from joining date.

Relocation benefits:

- Travel tickets will be booked by company

Hours of Operation:

- Rotational 9.5 hours (8.5 hours of production & 1 hour break)
- Transport provided at odd hours

Training Period**: 2 Months

Selection Process:HR Round followed by Ops round and Versant Test
