**Job Overview**:
As an integral part of our startup, the Operations Associate will play a crucial role in shaping the operational landscape of our asset management venture. **Responsibilities**:
Business Development:

- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and client expansion.
- Work closely with the business development team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Contribute insights to the development of innovative financial products and services.

Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail investors and UHNWIs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a personalized and efficient service.

Creative Problem Solving:

- Analyze operational challenges and contribute innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:
Strong creative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.

Proven experience in FinTech/NBFC operations.

Bachelor's degree Finance, or a related field.

Familiarity with FinTech/NBFC platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Experience**:
Demonstrated success in driving business development initiatives, especially in a startup environment.

Experience in managing relationships with both retail investors and UHNWIs.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
