- **Vehicle Damage Assessment**:

- Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of loss.
- Verify accident details, policy coverage, and claim legitimacy.
- Estimate repair costs and determine the insurance payout.
- **Survey & Investigation**:

- Visit accident sites or garages to conduct physical inspections.
- Cross-check claim details with police reports, eyewitnesses, or CCTV footage if required.
- Identify fraudulent claims or exaggerated repair estimates.
- **Report Preparation & Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed survey reports with photos, repair cost estimates, and recommendations.
- Submit claim assessment reports to the insurance company for approval.
- **Coordination with Stakeholders**:

- Work with policyholders, repair workshops, and insurance companies.
- Negotiate repair costs with garages to avoid overcharging.
- Explain claim processes to customers and guide them on required documents.
- **Regulatory Compliance & Fraud Prevention**:

- Ensure claims adhere to insurance policies and regulatory standards.
- Detect fraudulent activities and report suspicious claims.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- **Licensing**: Certified as an Insurance Surveyor & Loss Assessor (ISLA) from IRDAI (India) or equivalent regulatory body.
- Knowledge of motor insurance policies, claim processes, and automobile repair estimates.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and report-writing abilities.
- Familiarity with insurance software and digital claim processing tools.

**Experience**:

- Freshers with the required qualifications can apply.
- Experience in automobile workshops, insurance claim

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
