Education Qualifications ▪ ITI/Diploma

Experience/ Skills Required

▪ 4 -5 years of experience operating a Chemical plant having Reactors, Distillation Plant, Boilers, Thermic Fluid heaters, Vacuum systems will be preferred.

▪ Willingness to work with ones’ hands. ▪ Teamwork skills - collaborate with other operators

▪ Excellent communication, Problem-solving skills, which enable an operator to solve and repair system issues efficiently and effectively

▪ Operator skills, which enable him to understand which tools to use and how they should be used

▪ Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Key

**Responsibilities**:
▪ Operate and monitor plant equipment, processes, and systems

▪ Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols

▪ Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks

▪ Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues

▪ Collaborate with other operators and teams to achieve production goals

Maintain accurate records and reports

▪ Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

▪ Managing a shift - Operating equipment safely, filling up log books and managing Contract Labour.

▪ Strictly adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures, including the use of the appropriate protective clothing

▪ Carrying out the operations according to SOPs.

▪ Working to plan that is discussed daily, weekly and monthly with performance targets

▪ Working with other worker teams in job execution.

Age must be below 35

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
