**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform accurate accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
- Manage bank reconciliation processes.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain precise financial records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GST & VAT regulations.
- Handle petty cash management, Tally invoice generation, and preparation of statements of accounts, P&L, and balance sheet.
- Participate in audit processes.
- Conduct financial analysis to support management decisions.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize processes.
- Assist in developing financial policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on accounting principles and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role.
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in bookkeeping and bank reconciliation.
