Interior architects **design the interiors of buildings**

**Here are some of the responsibilities of an interior architect**:

- **Design concept**: Create concept designs based on the functionality and structure of the building
- **Consider building codes**: Ensure the building is safe and habitable by taking into account building codes and structure
- **Collaborate with specialists**: Work with structural engineers, lighting specialists, building contractors, and material suppliers
- **Create drawings**: Produce detailed architectural drawings, schedules, material specifications, and project budgets
- **Manage projects**: Manage the project, contractors, budgets, and orders from start to finish
- **Supervise construction**: Supervise the construction crew and manage the project on site
- **Use CAD software**: Use computer-aided programs to create blueprints, 3D models, drawings, and diagrams

Interior architects often work on public projects, such as hospitals, museums, schools, or theaters. They may also work on adaptive reuse projects, which involve sustainably re-modeling existing buildings.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
