We are currently seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor for an assisted living center in Cochin, Kerala. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our senior residents.

**Responsibilities**:
Supervise and coordinate the nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care.

Oversee the implementation of care plans and assess the residents' health status.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and personalized care.

Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to maintain a high standard of care.

Monitor and manage medical supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for residents.

**Qualifications**:
Registered Nurse with a valid license from the Kerala Nursing Council.

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Location: Cochin, Kerala

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
