There are ample opportunities and challenges to be solved at scale and in real time. **Responsibilities**: - Drives operations for F&V; - Ensures the freshness and quality of all stock, including monitoring of sell-by date and proper FIFO rotation of related stock Ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all customers - Retention and expansion of customer base through service level Responsible for department layouts and standards. - Ensures execution of established safety, security, quality, and Fresh operations policies and procedures - Ensures staff knowledge to clearly present the specifications of products to customers Analyses fresh department KPIs, trends and prepares action plans to leverage the store's fresh food strengths and address areas of opportunity - Ensures consistent delivery of, product quality, freshness, price exception and appropriate product levels that mirror the Customer Proposition - Statement coordinate with ALC & GA Departments on cleaning tools, etc. regarding maintenance requirements for Scales, etc. - Controls and approves daily ordering DC & Direct Supply and recommends adjustments or cancellations as planned. - Responsible for store hygiene audits **Requirements**: - Bachelor or equivalent degree in F&V Technology or Supply Chain Management. - 3+ years experience in supply chain management across - F&V or Perishable Goods. - Self-motivated, agile & able to adapt to a changing environment. - Fluency in English, Malayalam & Hindi is required - Computer Skills for Data management is required **Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: - Fixed shift - Morning shift
