**Key responsibilities**:
**Travel and Logistics**: Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for touring personnel, artists, and support staff, ensuring a smooth and cost-effective process.

**Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and organize meetings related to live touring projects, including internal team meetings and client/artist meetings. Prepare agendas, distribute minutes, and follow up on action items.

**Artist and Client Support**: Assist the team in nurturing positive relationships with artists and clients. Provide effective communication, address their needs, and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.

**Event Coordination**: Participate and assist in the logístical planning and execution of live events, including coordinating production, venue setup, and on-site support for artists and clients.

**Data Analysis**: Gathering and maintaining data internally with regards to live touring, such as ticket sales, market research, and audience demographics.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all live touring activities, contracts, and financial transactions.

**Research and Innovation**: Stay updated with global industry trends and innovations related to live touring and entertainment.
