As the Executive Assistant F&B Manager, The potential position holder is expected to:
Build /develop the team by providing ongoing training, instruction, encouragement, and support to help them reach their full potential and make the operation a success. To guarantee that property revenue cost targets are met in terms of revenue, payroll, and operating expenses, in order to guarantee that the agreed-upon standards for food presentation and service are regularly upheld. Communicate with team and optimize any chances to raise sales at restaurants, eateries, and banqueting.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
The EAM F&B will report to the General Manager.

LOCATION:
The position will be based at Pench National Park, Madhya Pradesh

Remuneration - Depends on Experience and existing CTC.
