**Position summary**

**Role Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Screen suspicious transactions accurately and in a timely manner, using a variety of fraud systems, tools and reports
- Identify fraudulent transactions and take appropriate actions
- Identify fraud patterns and take actions to prevent such activities in the future
- Process and analyze fraud notifications received by 3rd parties
- Propose potential changes/improvements in our fraud processes and tools, which will contribute to the enhancement of fraud detection and prevention and
- Deliver ad hoc tasks and support different analyses as required by the business
- Stay up to date with the latest online fraud trends, practices and tools

**Requirements**:

- Studies in STEM
- Data driven thinking along with strong critical, analytical and investigation skills
- Ability to act proactively, take initiatives and pay attention to detail
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to interact with clients
- Work independently, meet tight deadlines and navigate multiple systems and processes
- High level of responsibility & integrity
- Discretion in dealing with confidential information
- Fluency in English (verbal and written). Other languages will be considered an asset.
- Computer literacy
- Availability to work on shifts around the clock (24/7) - 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week including weekends and bank holidays.
Only morning shifts will need to be performed at the office (after the Covid-19 related restrictions are lifted). All other shifts can be performed remotely.
- Previous work experience as a Fraud Analyst & GDS knowledge (Amadeus/Sabre) will be considered a plus
