Designation**:Junior QA Tester** | Experience**:2+ Years** | Location**:Guindy, Chennai, India**
- Analyze CRM project requirements, particularly for payments integration, and design comprehensive test cases.
- Execute manual test cases for CRM features, workflows, and payment gateways, covering functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, log, and track defects in a bug-tracking tool, ensuring clear documentation and follow-up.
- Test payment-related functionalities, including transactions, billing, refunds, and compliance with PCI DSS standards.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and report progress.
- Ensure test environments are accurately configured and mirror production setups, especially for payment integrations.
- Provide daily and weekly progress reports on testing, highlighting issues, risks, and coverage.
- Write and execute detailed test cases and user scenarios.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain a keen attention to detail to identify potential issues in CRM and payment processing workflows.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in manual testing with proficiency in defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Practical experience in testing CRM requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of the payments industry, including gateways, transaction flows, and PCI DSS compliance.
- Ability to write and execute detailed test cases and user scenarios.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail for identifying issues in CRM and payment processes.
- Experience in testing payment APIs and integration points.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and sprint ceremonies.
