**About the Role**:
Madison logic is looking for an experienced QA Tester to oversee aspects of software and product testing within the company. This may include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports.

To ensure success as a QA Tester you should have extensive experience in analytics, high-level problem-solving skills, and the ability to project manage.

**Responsibilities**:
- Participating actively in Agile development lifecycle.
- Working with Product and Engineering departments to understand and translate complex, technical information into appropriate testing documentation and processes using industry standard best practices.
- Implementing test cases in TestRail and verify fixes through regression testing individually.
- Working with development and support leads to identify all testing needs, manual and automated, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for product and project scopes.
- Working directly with the QA lead and development team to form a solid understanding of technical side for each project.
- Overseeing the drafting of testing documents in TestRail.
- Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
- Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market into executable test cases/strategies.
- Responding to requests from the management, Development and Product team.

**Basic Qualifications**:
- ** On-site working at the ML physical office, 5-days per week required**:

- 2+ years of QA experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle in Agile.
- Strong Test Rail test case tool knowledge.
- Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with API Testing tool.
- Knowledge of bug tracking process and familiar with a project management tool and a bug tracking tool Jira.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization.
- Proven to properly following established testing procedures.

- Team player and proven relationship-builder.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Experience handling multiple responsibilities, tasks, and projects in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- A positive attitude that approaches tasks/projects from a hands-on, roll up your sleeves frame of mind.
- Ability to quickly learn an array of computer software and systems.
- Strong sense of urgency required
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear & concise manner across all levels and functions
