Operations executive

Job location: Bibewadi, near Mahesh Society, Pune

CTC upto: 3.5 LPA

**Job Summary**:
The Operations Executive is responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our vending machine. This role involves a mix of fieldwork, coordination, and administrative tasks, ensuring that machines are stocked and maintained.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the SSR team to ensure vending machines are refilled on time.
- Plan and schedule the refilling operations efficiently.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with the refilling schedule and quality standards.
- Cross-check and verify that all machines are properly stocked and functioning.
- Assist in refilling vending machines when required, ensuring timely availability of products.
- Assign daily schedules and routes to the refilling team.
- Work closely with the team to resolve any operational challenges.
- Ensure effective communication between SSRs, vendors, and management.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for restocking.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and refilling schedules.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on refilling status, issues, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards at vending locations.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or vending machine management (preferred from companies like Big Basket, CCD, Snack & Tea, and Coffee Vending Machine companies).
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to step in when required.
- Excellent organizational skills in managing schedules and refilling plans.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) for data tracking and reporting.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Must be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Preferred Industry Background**:

- Vending machine companies
- FMCG & Retail operations (Big Basket, CCD, Snack & Tea, Coffee Vending companies)
- Logistics & supply chain companies
