**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator / Typist / Underwriter
**Location**: New Delhi.
**Experience**: 0-1 Year

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Joining**: Immediate, based on interview performance

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the property valuation team with data entry and documentation
- Draft, format, and review valuation reports in line with industry standards
- Maintain accurate and organized records using MS Excel
- Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation

**Requirements**:

- Typing Speed: 30-40 WPM
- Strong command of English (reading and writing)
- Proficiency in basic MS Excel functions
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (Graduates from Delhi are welcome)
- Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers may apply)
