The Assistant Professor and Private Tutor will play a dual role in academia, contributing to the educational development of students through both classroom instruction and personalized tutoring. **Key Responsibilities**:
Assistant Professor Duties:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Development**:

- Design and deliver engaging lectures and course materials.
- Develop, assess, and update curriculum to meet academic standards and student needs.
- Employ diverse teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
- **Student Mentorship**:

- Advise and mentor students on academic and career-related matters.
- Provide guidance on research projects and thesis work.
- **Research and Scholarship**:

- Conduct research in [specific field], publish findings in academic journals, and present at conferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues on research initiatives and grant proposals.
- **Service and Engagement**:

- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and community outreach programs.
- Engage in professional development activities to stay current in the field.

Private Tutor Duties:

- **One-on-One Tutoring**:

- Provide personalized tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- **Progress Monitoring**:

- Track and evaluate student progress, adjusting tutoring methods as necessary.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding performance and areas for improvement.
- **Resource Development**:

- Create supplemental learning materials and resources to enhance tutoring sessions.
- Stay updated on educational trends and best practices in tutoring.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and educational technology.
- Experience with curriculum design and instructional methods.
- Knowledge of assessment and evaluation techniques.
