1. **Service Advisor - General**

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers and understand their general vehicle service needs.
- Generate job cards and explain service estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team for timely repairs.
- Update customers on job progress and delivery timelines.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and accurate documentation.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably at a dealership).
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
- Good technical knowledge of vehicles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
