Job Summary:
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of goods and shipments to customers, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Manage and assign delivery tasks to drivers and delivery personnel.
- Optimize routes and delivery schedules to minimize transportation costs and maximize efficiency.
- Monitor the performance of delivery personnel, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery status, delays, and other relevant information.
- Liaise with customers and address any delivery-related inquiries or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the procurement and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock levels and inventory management.
- Maintain and update vehicle maintenance records and coordinate necessary repairs and servicing.
- Implement and maintain dispatch software systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze reports on dispatch activities and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in managing and controlling transportation costs within the budget.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics is a plus.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in dispatch operations or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
