Min. Exp required : 0 to 3 year

Provide administrative and secretarial support.
Manage Planner of CMD and organize commitments.
Follow up Tasks delegated and keep information flow of status.
Research on topics given.
Administrative and secretarial support for the meetings or events.
General administration assistance.
Follow up with internal team members & external stakeholders for reports, papers and correspondence.
Filing, preparation, collation and distribution of supportive documentation, notes and correspondence.
Screen telephone calls, letters & e mails.
Advice in matters requiring personal attention, with associated deadlines, and preparing relevant documentation.
Deal with matters requiring attention, or refer them to the appropriate person in the absence CMD.
Response in consultation to correspondence addressed to CMD.
