- Conduct offline marketing by visiting potential clients, distribution of brochures, and arranging local promotions.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Marketing or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Experience in real estate, architecture, or construction industry is a plus.
