**Key Responsibilities: Beam Saw Operation**:

- Operate beam saw machines to cut various materials as per specifications.
- Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before cutting.
- Adjust saw blades, speed, and feed rates according to different materials.
- Perform routine maintenance on the machine to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and production output.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum **3 years** of experience operating beam saw in a furniture manufacturing setup.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Basic computer skills for machine programming and record-keeping.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in a manufacturing environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with different types of materials used in furniture manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move materials as required.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
