- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.

- **Co-curricular & Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize and participate in storytelling sessions, poetry recitations, dramatics, and literary competitions.
- Guide students in school publications, reading clubs, and creative writing projects.
- **Parental Communication & Engagement**:

- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and areas of improvement.
- Provide learning strategies and support for parents to assist their children at home.
- **Professional Development**:
