**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Telecalling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about the company's offerings.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
- **Sales**:

- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective telecommunication and customer engagement.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales conversions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- **Coordination and Reporting**:

- Coordinate with the sales team for field visits or further follow-ups.
- Provide regular reports on call performance and sales progress to the manager.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or sales associate (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
- Fluency in [insert languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or local language].
