**About the Role**:
As a Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and users, ensuring smooth communication, resolving queries, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and basic technical skills to handle support tickets, follow-ups, and feedback.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with internal Development teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain records of daily interactions and updates in the support system.
- Provide product guidance and support to clients / Partners and end-users.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department as needed.
- Assist in onboarding and training users/clients if required.
- Maintain service quality standards and response SLAs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (M.Pharm, B.Pharm, preferred).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language.
- Basic understanding of CRM, ticketing systems, or willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience with client handling or customer service (internship or full-time).
- Knowledge of software or app-based products.

Pay: ₹9,758.04 - ₹26,269.46 per month
