Treasury - Recovery & Resolution - Associate

As a Treasury - Recovery & Resolution - Senior Associate in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) components of the Firm’s Resolution and Recovery Planning (RRP) agenda.
- Deliver key CIB components of both Firmwide and Local Resolution and Recovery Plans, focusing on collaboration with key stakeholders across the Firm to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of regulatory requirements.
- Formulate responses to local regulatory requests related to Resolution and Recovery planning.
- Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to advance the CIB R&R agenda, addressing challenges and optimizing outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to align intersecting agendas and objectives.
- Record detailed minutes for key working group meetings, including attendees, topics, status updates, and action items.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the development and presentation of meeting materials to senior management through the EMEA Recovery & Resolution Steering Committee, Wind Down Steering Committee, and CIB R&R Executive Steering Forum.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and developing effective solutions.

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Background in Product Control, Legal Entity Control, Business Management, or CIB Finance Project Management.
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint. Proactive and able to work independently
- Ability to execute tasks under demanding targets and effectively manage changes in plans
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to articulate complex issues concisely and influence stakeholders.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior personnel and manage senior management expectations.
- Strong issue management and resolution skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Familiarity with the finance industry's regulatory environment, with prior experience in Resolution & Recovery (R&R) being advantageous.
- Knowledge of capital and liquidity regulations and frameworks is desirable.
- Proficiency in handling and analyzing large datasets, with a demonstrated ability to derive insights and support decision-making, including familiarity with tools such as Alteryx, SQL, or Tableau, is desirable.
