The role of a site supervisor at BlueMasons involves the execution of project plans as prepared by the projects team. It involves managing and coordinating with vendors, contractors and the internal team to ensure all fit-out work gets done within the estimated timelines and the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Understand and explain all technical drawings to the relevant workers.
- Well versed with Project Planning, measurement checking.
- Daily Manpower handling and coordination
- Maintain data of material received & Quantity checking.
- Take the measurements for all Project Work.
- Ensure that project is completed in stipulated time
- Undertaking the planning, monitoring, controlling & evaluation of the whole project.
- Ability to manage minor changes on site.
- To focus on waste reduction.
- Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the management.
- Handing over the project and obtaining completion certificate.
- Know - how of international furniture brands must.
- Know - how of modular furniture fitting and handling.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Should have an eye for detail in order to detect and correct any measurement errors
- Should have preferably worked on designing interiors for high end premium residential / commercial / retail projects
- Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors.
- Should have experience working with modular furniture
- Should have in-depth knowledge about civil, electrical, plumbing and carpentry jobs

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
