Accounting Executive

Job Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience: 0-2 Year

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (IST)

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Accountant to join our Accounts team. You will be responsible for gathering financial data and preparing accurate reports.

You will be working closely with the Management to understand our company’s accounting practices. Besides, you should be detail-oriented and have the ability to conduct in-depth research. Your strong analytical skills are vital in cross-checking and verifying financial documents.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Will be responsible for invoices and expenses for contractors throughout the US.
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Payment follow up with the vendors.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data
- Performing account reconciliations
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- End to End process in Accounts and Finance Process.
- Verifying, allocate post and reconcile accounts payable and receivables in QuickBooks
- Raising the invoices and coordinate with Clients for Payments.
- Coordination with ADP and working with ADP for USA Payroll.
- Vendor and client reconciliations for USA.
- Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements (Cash Flow, P &l) and presenting to the USA Team
- Managing day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, and other daily transactions
- Handling the accounts receivable, accounts payable, contract accounts.
- Ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations, and report preparation
- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.US Accounts & Finance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related area from an accredited university is strongly preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience working in US Accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Experience in processing invoices and expense reports.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Tally
- Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing to work in US shift timings.
- Excellent Communication skills
- The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
