**Job Title**: IT Support Executive

**Department**: Information Technology
**Reports To**: IT Manager

**Job Summary**:
Provides day-to-day technical support to hotel staff across all departments for hardware, software, and system-related issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and maintain user accounts, workstations, and access rights.
- Maintain logs of support requests and resolutions.
- Assist in routine system updates and backups.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and hardware replacements.
- Provide basic training to users on software and system usage.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 1-3 years of IT support experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Office Suite, basic networking.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
