Performance Marketing

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketer to join our team. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies across various platforms, with a focus on Instagram and Facebook ads, as well as Google ads. Additionally, you will utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance, optimize results, and provide valuable insights to drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies, primarily focusing on Instagram and Facebook ads, as well as Google ads.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, optimize ad targeting, and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, providing timely and actionable insights to enhance overall marketing efforts.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to evaluate ad creatives, copy, and landing pages, and iterate based on data-driven results.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and recommend strategic optimizations to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with digital advertising.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, specifically with Instagram and Facebook ads, Google ads, and Google Analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including audience targeting, ad creation, campaign management, and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficient in using Google Analytics to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools to optimize ad performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work and achieving measurable results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
