**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Lead Generation & Student Engagement**
- Identify potential students through inbound inquiries, website leads, social media, and referrals.
- Qualify leads by understanding their background, academic goals, and course preferences.

**2. Counseling and Course Guidance**
- Counsel students on available Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs offered.
- Provide comprehensive details on course curriculum, eligibility, duration, fee structure, and career outcomes.
- Recommend suitable courses based on individual profiles and aspirations.

**3. Follow-Up and Conversion**
- Address queries and concerns in a clear, professional manner.
- Support students through the complete admission process, ensuring smooth onboarding.

**4. CRM Management and Reporting**
- Accurately update and maintain student records and status in the CRM system.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly activity, including follow-ups and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams for seamless coordination.

**5. Target Achievement**
- Meet individual and team enrollment targets.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance results.

**6. Professional Conduct and Compliance**
- Maintain a student-centric approach in all interactions.
- Ensure adherence to Upsurge Infotech’s policies, compliance guidelines, and data protection standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate in any discipline (Education, Counseling, or Business preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
- Prior experience in education counseling or admissions is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
