**About the team**:
**Governance and Process Control**:
1. There has been an increase in the scope of activities across Governance & Process Excellence.

2. For centralized MIS and control across Onus and Acquiring and lending verticals

3. Identifying more parameters for internal monitoring at Onus and Acquiring side (deviant behavior patterns) for review.

4. Additional activities in terms of Maker checker review where projects are in pipeline to bring in the maker and checker validation into Mane.

5. Internal quality checks on various activities done by the team

6. Access reviews and user access management

7. Fraud Comm coordination and handling

8. Risk assessments of new product propositions and coordination with stakeholders

Projects and system enhancements

**Onus Fraud Risk Operations**:
1. The scope of the work done by the Onus team is expanding.

2. Over and above the real time rules in the system, there are review rules that are proposed to be monitored.

**Some of the activities includes the below**:
1. Review of top 25 customers transacting across various categories (expected cases for review is 125 users per day)

2. Abuse monitoring in terms of review of high velocity and thresholds

3. Limit management framework is in pipeline where review of high breaches to be done

4. Review rules to identify and monitor deviant behavior patterns

5. Case management for Onus - project to be envisaged

**Education Qualification**:Graduate and above(10 Years plus experience in similar domain)
