**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Google Ads and Social Media Advertising**:
Develop and manage Google Ads (Google AdWords) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Plan, execute, and monitor social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Regularly analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven optimizations.

**Social Media Management**:
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media channels.
Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, comments, and messages, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Foster audience engagement and growth through creative and interactive social media strategies.

**SEO and Content Marketing**:
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings.
Create and optimize content (blogs, articles, infographics, etc.) to attract and retain website visitors.
Monitor website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.

**Pixel Code, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking**:
Implement and manage pixel code and tracking data for various digital marketing campaigns.
Set up conversion tracking and goals to measure the success of different marketing efforts.
Ensure accurate data tracking and troubleshoot any issues related to tracking.

**Analytics and Reporting**:
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities.
Analyze data to derive insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
Use data to measure ROI and make informed decisions for future campaigns.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
Work closely with the creative team to develop visually appealing and effective marketing assets.
Collaborate with other departments to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in managing Google Ads, social media advertising, and social media management.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with pixel code, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
