Data Entry Operator

Plus91 is looking for a Data Entry Operator to be a core member of the Team, who will take ownership of the project(s) by working independently with little supervision. You will be responsible for taking care of the business data and maintain accuracy at a steady pace.

You must have a good understanding and experience in accurately entering important company data and keeping records up to date.

Key Responsibilities
- Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for the project
- setup review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output in EHR/ on respective screen
- Working on various implementation tasks, under the guidance of the Implementation/support team
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Experience using office equipment, like printers and scanner
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Attention to detail
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- **Desired Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of testing scenarios will be an added advantage

Education and Experience:

- Any graduate
- 1-year of experience is desirable; freshers may also apply
