**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the clinic
- Direct visitors to the RMO and Admins
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying

Requirement:

- Good communication skills ( English Preferred)
- Desent personality
- Able to Handle Microsoft Office

Note: Female are preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Cell phone reimbursement

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
