**Requirement**

**Job Profile**
- Leads will be provided by the bank
- KYC / Collection of loans for repayment / Agriculture loans

**Interview Process**
- 1 position per branch Interviewed by RBO (Regional Bank)

1 day interview - face to face
1-2 days of training
Aadhar and pan card details required before and during the interview

**Salary Details**:

- FOS (Skilled Category): Rs.19,500/- per month (CTC)
- FOS Team Lead (Skilled Category): Rs.21,500/- per month (CTC)
- Out-of-pocket expenses: Rs.200/- per day per resource for duty
- Monthly mobile & internet charges: Rs.300/- per month per resource.

**FOS Responsibilities**:

- Generate Agri/SME Leads
- Review and renew existing loans
- Maintain records and compliance
- Develop referral networks

**Salary**: ₹19,500.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
