- Sales of retail loans, Cattle maintenance, and new Cattle loans
- Collection of loan repayments
- Conduct marketing and other awareness activities are mooMark society centers
- Collection and log in of KYC documents of eligibility farmers
- Regular and extensive travel to all identified societies during milk pouring timing for loan
- sourcing activities
- Sales of insurance and other financial products to farmers

**Key Competencies**:

- Should have objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring.
- Ability to get things done and influence others.
- Analytical frame of mind and a go getter attitude.
- Fluent verbal & written communication in Kannada. Telugu will be added advantage
- Verbal & written communication in English
- Basic MS Office
- Must have the ability to learn and adopt various tools fast.
