Developing and implementing business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realise corporate goals.
- Liaising and negotiating with banks and financial institutions for raising fund and non-fund based facilities at favorable terms to meet working capital and project requirements. Has experience of FDI and IPO.
- Overall Implementation and operation of functions related to Taxation, Accounting and Control under GST Regime.
- Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.
- Designing & implementing accounting systems & procedures; supervising timely preparation of statutory books of accounts and finalization & consolidation of group accounts.
- Conducting annual audits; evaluating internal control systems / procedures to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.
- Commercial acumen - Business Development, Marketing and Sales - Strategy, Research and Exit; Contract Negotiation and Management, Liaison with External Agencies.

Formulating Revenue Assurance Policies; identifying probable risks of existing revenue streams and implementing corrective measures to mitigate the same.

Supervising the preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz, fund management, cost control, profitability

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
