**Job Title**: Performance Marketing Expert

**Location**: Indore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Lead A/B testing, funnel optimization, and retargeting strategies to drive conversions and reduce cost-per-acquisition.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, KPIs, and present actionable insights to the leadership.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Continuously analyze customer behavior and conversion data to optimize user journeys and campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee marketing automation tools and attribution models to streamline workflows and enhance targeting accuracy.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Expertise in running campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic networks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
- In-depth understanding of conversion tracking, UTM tagging, audience segmentation, and campaign attribution.
- Experience in SaaS, Cloud, or B2B technology marketing is a strong plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
