**Role Summary**

The City trainer is responsible for ensuring that new and existing employees receive training to prepare them for their roles, responsibilities and any change in the work process. A trainer must be observant and have excellent analytical skills. A good trainer is able to use alternative teaching methods to cater to various individuals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Induction & Refresher training - Conduct New Hire Training Batches & Conduct Refresher Training Batches in respective cities
- Data Maintenance - Maintaining Training Data on LMS and relevant dashboards
- Training Needs Identification (TNI)
- Understand the learning needs of respective teams and determine prioritized learning delivery
- Feedback capturing - Work with different stakeholders to evaluate and support programs and to ensure that there is ease of learning adoption
- Field visits - weekly field visits to carry out spot-checks and learner evaluation
- Engaging Learners on-field - Identifying learner level challenges to devise an optimal method of training methods (ILT, Online or self-learning)
- Conducting fair assessments
- conduct assessments pre and post, capturing feedback for all training delivered. Maintaining and sharing feedback reports of all trained batches to city heads and relevant stakeholder

**Key Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in required field.
- Familiarity with basic skills such as MS Excel, Word, Power point)
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) is mandatory.
- Experience in Training Delivery methods.
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
- Proven ability to present ideas and solutions to all levels within an organization, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- English and Hindi mandatory.
